Post-Installation Problems - Administration Functions Inoperative - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i installed joomla @ siteground.com hosted site. install went fine. however, when trying utilize of administrative functions, nothing seems work. instance, when trying use sections function, cannot create new section. clicking on new takse me page creating new section cannot save new section. browser indicated java error.

any suggestions?

try re-ftping joomla! files server again, might have 1 or several corrupt files, happens on occasion servers.
