USED TO WORK BUT DOES NOT NOW ....HELP!!

hey guys ..i working on project ..which distance sensing robot ....i used 2 motors ..each 9v , placed 6v batteries >the hcsr4 connected arduino , arduino plugged 9v .it worked fine 1 day ,,,it stopped working , rewired lot of times no use followed video make it
