i'm on windows 8.1 laptop. i've downloaded ide, when plugged in robot, thought robot mouse initially. went device manager , updated driver software, think made mistake. not find arduino.inf in file explorer when prompted pick driver, clicked "pick driver drivers on computer" , 1 available "arduino robot" clicked , installed onto robot.
when try download program "blink" examples, error message: "avrdude: usbdev_open(): did not find usb device "usb"".
hardware wise, connected computer usb cable. arduino uno display on top, arduino bot kit. doesnt have 4 batteries in it.
