i installed cs3 suite , registered. (i have been buying adobe software years, name , email registered). upon completeing registration, said email sent "free gift" or (guessing plug-in or something).
anyway, email never came , update tab in not selectable. programs in suite stuck on first release versions. in premiere, can not open .mxf files until can update.
any insight on or links other posts (i did search before posting didn't find anything)

you can download updates directly adobe's site.
that there firewall or proxy server blocking automatic updater.
as free gift. release of cs4, cs3
gift registration has expired. check, give customer support call.
