is there workaround solution? not know format images in. (how supposed know consumer? , ebook has not provided information/included warnings before purchase, plus website doesn't mention customer service hotline or email technical support) bought ebook version because needed read book asap. , i'm disappointed bad user experience.

i'm having same problem. adobe's site beyond unhelpful. "technical support" abrasive. please please please help?
