arduino not detected by computer

hello everyone

after had short circuit arduino (burned stabilizer) computer not recognize arduino.

i tried put arduino dfu unsuccessfully computer still not recognize.

i tried cable no success.

usb attempt unsuccessful.

this second arduino destroyed me , can not find solution.

i have arduino uno r3 , arduino uno , both have same problem.

does know problem?

win 7 64 bit
