are presets available fine tune skin tones in camera raw, perhaps tweaking colors , hue/saturation/luminance settings in hsl/grayscale menu?
i acr except how default settings render skin tones on 5d's cr2 files. bought copy of margulis' 'professional photoshop' , can consistently "fix" didn't like, suspect or more accomplished knowledgeable tweaking in hsl menu.
i found 1 preset, after visiting adobe forums thread:

... that's all. think they'd snap expert retoucher create -- e.g., warm_with_pink.xmp, warm_with_yellow.xmp, presets skin tones of different ethnicities, etc.
of course, i've tried myself, nudging orange, red, yellow , magenta sliders, ... limited success, put mildly. i'd rather start out tweak-the-skin-tones presets expert, , adjust taste. if can find 'em.
