Jessie Lite SD Card Boot Problems - Raspberry Pi Forums

have been trying install image of raspbian jessie lite on 4gb sd card.

when booted card hung during boot last message on screen was:

code: select all

 random non blocking pool initialized 

ideas.

jessie come desktop?

hello,

pasted line part of normal output. happens last line, whatever went wrong happened before that. suspect card not imaged properly, it's having trouble main partition. you'll see along lines of 'waiting root' before that.

full image comes desktop, lite version not. however, can install desktop running 'sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends raspberrypi-ui-mods'.
