Un-needed sensor readings using U8glib

dear forum members.

i have project using uno r3 ,  dht22, tsl2561 , ml8511 sensors in combination data logging shield rtc.

i needed move project 16x24 lcd smaller , denser information oled.  this sainsmart 0.96 inch i2c oled. have tried various oled libraries varying degrees of success.  i have liked stay adafruit library requirement sensor , gfx libraries blew away memory requirements using uno.

i cannot move due other reasons must find away use uno.  using u8glib library things tight in memory works reliably.  except each time call save sd card occurs, current sensor data set written "8" times.

i believe relates ml8511 function of using uno's 3.3 v regulated voltage compare against produced ml8511 sensor , arrive @  the amount of uv falling upon ml8511 sensor.

but, might relate oled's having 8 page regions.

i have tried every iteration can think of data sent sd card normal 1 data set per time interval no avail.
