when creating new adobe id

the procedure fails after relevant information has been
entered. entering name, password, country, , forth,
agreeing terms of use, generates error message:
an undefined error has occurred while attempting verify e-mail.
after error reported, no e-mail message sent.
procedure working in march, became flaky first
week in april (sometimes working, not), , fails
consistently.
i understand if user opens encrypted document
first time, , follows link create adobe id
reader 8 presents, registration succeed. registration
using url above working until recently, ,
we included url in information packet our users receive
when acquire our encrypted pdfs.
please advise.

you shouldn't access url directly click on register button inside dialog , redirect correct location.
