i want version cue projects on dvd, can't figure out how it. have dedicated server accessed 3 people. teh files live. can't find folder anywhere on server files stored , when search them nothing shows up.
well, version cue uses sql data base , no idea burn database dvd. won't able put 1 without trouble.
but can projects @ project panel in version cue administration website (http://localhost:3703 on machine server runs).
just select project wanna backup , quick backup or schedule regularly backups.
all these backups placed in library/application support/adobe/version cue cs3/server/backups/project. if have more hard know backup file belongs project, since backups named 14 digit number , possible identify them date....
another way go project pane in admin pane again , click on "project backups", choose project want burn , select check box in front of name, can "save" local machine, or desktop (on every machine have access admin page!).
again, annoying thing here backups not have name used backup list 14 digit number.
last way select project via check box , click "export" button. project saved folder correct name, lose older versions, latest versions saved than.
