hi, purchased cs4 , unable download product!

i able download downloads except 3.7gb main download.
i have tried in firefox 3, ie 6, ie 7, opera.
i have tried on 2 different computers.
i have downloaded latest active x components , latest java platforms both ie , firefox.
i have enabled cookies, javascript, popus, ads.
i have disabled firefox plugins, firewalls , antivirus.
i have checked isp can in fact download such big files.
i have managed download cs3 in past.
i have plenty of disk space , ram.
the error message receive in firefox reads follows:
download manager fatal error
could not find requested file on server.
contact author of page contains link. download canceled.
i have wasted many hours trying work. spent long time on online chat support no success. trying contact adobe on phone impossible - whether try in morning or evening - response "office hours 9am - 5pm" ...whenever is!? not referring gmt or usa time zone. technical support via website - well, see if ever respond case opened there.
right i'm really hating akamai download manager. know how normal link download can use normal download manager?

you're right, akamai download manager absolutely horrible , causing lot of problems many customers. adobe should provide direct links instead of using piece of junk. in past able find direct links trial versions of cs3 checking source codes of pages prompted adm, don't know if it's possible new versions well. worth shot, though...
