CameraProfiles.exe Error

i have lr 2.2 , elements 7 installed on vista. following instruction
on adobe download page, downloaded , unzipped
cameraraw_5.2.zip.

when execute cameraprofiles.exe gets error after
starting setup. says, error opening file c:\program
data\adobe\camera raw\camera profile\adobe standard\canon...dcp (where
dcp file name of camera).

i have move cameraraw.8bi appropriate plug-in
folders elements 7 , premiere 7 , works advertised.

why error?

mike sounds possibly corrupted download. i'd try downloading again.
