recently, downloaded arduino ide , worked perfectly...
but, day, download 1.6.4 version , when tried start it, start icon appeared, print "loading configuration", "initializeing packages" and... crashed. tried 3/4 times again same thing @ each try. thank "it's bug 1.6.4" uninstalled , install again 1.6.3 (who worked perfectly) , same thing happened ! laptop old dell windows xp. processor 1.6ghz 500mo of ram pentium intel.
can me ?

sure. can please try starting ide command prompt: use arduino_debug.exe. before terminating, print error message. please paste here
