Rollover conversion?

while i'm adapting dw , part sites come on cleanly, i'm missing gl's rollover coding, , external .js file.

has found nice way convert rollovers gl dw? still work when site's converted, editing them pain.

what i'd love see in dreamweaver easy way externalize javascript that's used again , again. love how can move css rules external file. don't understand why there's not similar function send out .js, golive's csscriptlib.js -- sitewide maintenance of javascript applied program.

but i'm not whining promise--overall dreamweaver working , i'm getting hang! think must missing this, 'cause gl feature seemd such coder-friendly tool (or coder phobic!?)
