when serial port (9600) works well, starts up, lcd (qc2004a) receives illisisibles characters.
it takes 2 3 times "reset" arduino mega 2560 playable characters appear on lcd.
how refers me?

you told mega 2560 that, if comport active, doesn't show characters can read, right ?
what comport be, mega has 4 hardware ports.
and can tell how connected display mega ?
perhaps have used pins 0 , 1 and/or pins 14 - 21 connect display.
if so, use other pins display, or make sure comport connected pins disabled.
