Avrdude Big Problem Need Urgent HELP!!!

hello guys ! have robot sumo competition , ive done program used run on arduino uno have ive been facing problem error stating :

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch @ byte 0x0000
         0x62 != 0x0c
avrdude: verification error; content mismatch


whats possible solution ? , whats problem ?

well, avrdude didn't recognize code has burnt.
how old 328p on board? flash rom has life cycle of abt 10.000 erase/flashs. if true uc no man knows - once had 1284p fried after 6 month of extensive flashing wich estimate has been 5000 cycles max.

do have 328p? test uc. aware 328p needs bootloader-sequence too, otherwise not recognized , sort of stk-500 error.
