Throb Delay?

i'm sorry if basic stuff, i've not touched arduino 5 years...

i'm playing "throb" code here: http://playground.arduino.cc/tutorials/throb

i've got working want include short delay between "throbs", i've played around various values in program can't want.

is there line or lines of code add program create delay?

thanks in advance.

i think first mission try understand how code does.  read section above on page, job explaining.  once understand what's going on, changing speed should trivial.
