hi. first off, hope i'm posting in right section. i've bought used pi 2 model b heatsinks attached cpu/gpu , usb/ethernet controller. pi runs in headless mode, no gui, ethernet , microusb cable attatched. i'm running lighttpd web server on (raspbian os) serves single, static web page has been accessed me, few times day. however, heatsinks hot touch , android app i'm using on phone monitor pi's status remotely reports 41°c temperature despite 1% - 0% average load. normal? there processes need shut down?

way of comparison have 2 pi2 's sitting on desk.
testpi2 running raspbian os not running except ssh connection reports temp of 33.6 34.2'c on 5 min period.
speedypi broadband speed testing pi running raspbian os 20x4 lcd , 3 python programs 1 of actual speed testing , ssh connection reports temp of 34.2 37.4'c on same 5 min period. higher temp being when actual test in progress.
there no heat sinks fitted either pi, don't think pi far off these figures unduly worried.
