GoLive CS2 doesn't seem to encode special characters

if you've upgraded cs2 , having trouble html entities special characters, see faq topic:

looks going recurring topic while people migrate cs2, i'm making "sticky" topic @ top of forum (thanks martin).

is there way, then, cs2 handle unicode in wysiwyg manner? i've tried , doesn't seem handle unicode better cs did. please tell me there simple thing overlooking.
