control a 1A 24V motor, how? - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi im pretty new pi, , have encountered problem already, in shopping , planning stage :-/ want able control motor, , when turns on needs 1000 ma constant, , volt 0-24 dc, , in end want able control on smart phone, openhab prob, problem need kind of adjustable powersupply board need able this, 1 have advice??

ever do, never ever connect motor gpio pin. need motor controller board instead
