Can't run Photoshop since new install

hi - have made fresh install of leopard on g4 powerbook. have installed creative suite (premium version 1.1, believe) , programs seem open ok except photoshop. message "could not complete request because of missing or invalid personalization information".

any ideas, anyone? can reinstall photoshop install disk?

i know photoshop cs works on leopard have had install chose archive , install rout when upgraded g4 laptop.

to reinstall photoshop delete photoshop , reinstall.
