Why do I have doube icons and modules in Admin? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

can kind person tell me if normal, please. seems mighty odd me. seem have 2 logged, components, popular etc tags, , modules seem duplicated! in module manager, seem have 2 main menus, 2 banners etc  (see attachments). i've ignored in quest learn joomla, thought i'd ask!
