i have upgraded pi 3, view using media centre. using openelec/kodi. far results have been disappointing. i'm not sure if it's kodi or pi itself. chose wifi option means less cabling, , selected filmon add-on. sport, use phoenix. filmon terrible, constant buffering every few minutes - , i've resorted hooking old lap-top tv using filmon directly. sports channels forever stalling , quality rubbish. again, have resorted laptop cricfre.sx gives me every sport. tried metalkettle's xmovies8, loaded ok, there no content. through laptop directly more reliable - better quality, & no buffering. asked myself, why have bothered piece of kit. else have similar problems?
nope. no-one needs one. of 1 (or more) anyway.do need raspberry pi?
