when click on "n-up" display icon in cs4 blank space options various displays should be. can see printed options "float windows" etc above blank space. can explain doing wrong? many thanks.
this part of bug that's been showing in indesign makes toolbox blank. have amd processor? applications affected?
one thing try, before else, replace preferences whichever application giving trouble. not knowing one(s) might can't direct files rename, can suggest using standard keyboard method of pressing ctrl + alt + shift after launching application form start menu. need fast. if see message asking confirm preference replacement successful, otherwise close , try again.
because method overwrite preference files , cause lose custom settings, recommend make copy of user profile (it's folder user name under documents , settings) backup can restore old prefs if replacement doesn't solve problem. best way find files (which hidden) search files in profile modified in last 24 hours after make change.
