hello raspberry pi community. first official posting here. connecting motion sensor raspberry pi 3 first time. received rasperberry pi 3 other day , plugged hdtv via hdmi cable no problem.. listing here few questions on how can run raspberry pi 3 , how connect motion sensor steval-mki159v1 st has lsm9ds1 gyroscope, acceleromeer, , magnetometer. first experience kind of microcomputer way.
questions:
1) when shut down raspberry pi 3, have remove power source wall, or can remain plugged @ times?
2) have remove sd card after shutting down? loaded raspbian way.
3} can find proper instructions on how connect steval-mki159v1 motion sensor raspberry pi 3? know i2c must configured on physical connection goes i2c bus motion sensor?
4} how go collecting data motion sensor?
5) found webpage discusses running following command in terminal install i2c-tools utility.
sudo apt-get install python-smbus
sudo apt-get install i2c-tools
since says python in first half of code, mean need know python language? c , c++.
