Sending RC channels to a submerged ROV (Remotely Operated Vessel)


hi:

i wrote code controls 2 motors in tracked vehicle, reading 2 rc channels receiver.

now guy @ club built rov uses 2 motors propulsion , wants code used in arduino controlling motors. radio signals don't reach rov beyond given depth wants control white teethered shore.

in fact rov teethered via coaxial cable sends images onboard camera.

is possible send signals receiver arduino across metres of cable?
