hello,
i'm learning work framemaker 8.
when wanted pdf book created, following error message:
internal error8004, 6343116, 8483344, 0. framemaker has detected serious problem , must quit.
a file named .........txt has been generated contains information may frame development improve product future releases.
when press ok button of error message, second dialog box saying: instruction @ "0x00c91940" referenced memory @ "0x00000000". memory not "read".
after pressing ok button of dialog box, framemaker shuts down completely.
i searched internet solution not realy find one. have tried make pdf via safe pdf , via print pdf, both have encountered same problem.
anyone has idea how solve error?
the strange thing colleague able make pdf out of book without encountering problems , using same settings.

bjorn, 1 post sufficient... 3 overkill.
the next time post, please confirm have patched version of fm 8 -- third patch released week. useful know if you're using bundled version of acrobat distiller or complete version of acrobat. how ram have installed, , operating system running?

# can print book's individual component files pdf printer?
# open component files in book before trying print pdf printer.
# have graphic files copied files? not imported reference?
# in preferences, generate tagged pdf on or off? toggling makes difference.
