Installing cs4 design standard "help please"

i sure has been asked thousand times can't find answer questions. have 2 computers @ home desktop , laptop. desktop dual boot xp pro , xp64 , laptop xp pro. want install cs4 on both machines read somewhere on forums or on adobe site consider dual boot computer has 2 disks 1 xp , 1 x64 2 separate computers. correct , if can still install on both computers or according thinking 3 computers ?

my second question :
do activate cs4 on every install or activate once ?
how work ?

my third question:
re installing @ later period. want install cs4 plan rebuild windows on christmas holidays. told adobe support can deactivate cs4 , format , later reactivate. problem plan on doing system restore manufacturers disks change anything?

first question, yes, dual-boot considered 2 computers, can install on xp disk , forget x64, unsupported , prone "issues." if want 64-bit system, advice here has been use vista.

second question, each installation needs activated. happens during install process. can deactivate on 1 system prior installing on third, can't have more 2 systems activated @ time. there 'soft' limit of 30 activations cs3 before system require call adobe , explain why needed keep switching, , i'm guessing true cs4 well.

third question, should have no problem @ if deactivate before doing restore. in worst case need call adobe , tell them reinstalled operating system, , give activation code on phone.
