Best way to import AI/EPS/PDF vector line art into Frame 7.1 Windows

i moving manual framemaker 7.0/os 9 framemaker 7.1/windows.

the line art had been imported eps files. looked sharp on mac.

in framemaker 7.1/windows:

1. eps files show grey boxes , print grey boxes. (preview problem, assume.)

2. saved graphic ai/cs3 eps tiff preview-->fm displays line art , print--but jaggy lines. unacceptable.

3. save graphic ai/cs3 pdf. -->fm displays line art , print--but still jaggy lines. less jaggy than option 2, still not acceptable.

what best format in save adobe illustrator vector line art import fm7.1 nice, sharp lines?

note: using adobe illustrator/cs3 on mac os x save ai/eps graphics whatever format.

thanks advice!!!

they print if print postscript printer. render
properly if make pdf.

unacceptable on *your* printer. fine on postscript printer (or if
printed pdf). if you're printing eps non-ps printer, you'll
the preview only.

fm converts pdf eps internally. you're square one: print
to postscript printer, or print pdf , print that. shouldn't
have mac eps files. without preview,
they should print (on ps printer) or distill (to pdf) fine.

since you're not going run out , postscript printer,
running through acrobat easiest solution.
