i'm working on project similar target--bullseye in center rings around it. have created text/phrases go in each ring in illustrator , put whole thing in layered ps file. no problems yet, when separate of text/phrase images 2 states rollover , put them gl floating boxes, boxes overlap in area mouseover rollover doesn't work. example, mouseover 1 text image , 1 show color change rollover because mouse on area of image transparent. way around re-arrange box z-index try avoid overlap or there way missing? frustrating!
you use image maps trigger rollovers using image map , set image url action. it's little more involved work.
