i looking 3 way control valve can controlled through arduino. need alternate side open. control air pressure around 10-20 psig. position 1 creating vacuum while position 2 open ambient drop pressure.

your local industrial-supply catalog have lots , lots of solenoid valves. country in?
10-20psi low pressure. many of valves have minimum pressure higher this. (they use air pressure of work of opening valve.) make sure check specifications closely.
most industrial solenoid valves intended run off industrial voltages. can't send 5v out process plant , expect come out other end of wire 100m long. use 10v or 24v commonly. need relay or mosfet driver interface solenoid valve.
