urgent help needed: template break down for vtm project - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i sorry, explain as can . if u dont want read 2 diagrams.
the problem:
the idea want break template pieces can stored database.
and pieces can joined in vtm template editor .
i see website formed of :
1- layout ( container) html , aligning , positioning stuff.
2- color schemes ( colors used in website ) in text , backgrounds, menu.
3- images essential layout header, background , corner images.
4- other css.
5- add on ( javascript code, flash,...)
6- template settings chrset,rtl or ltr ....
now idea?

yes, know before in joomla "template manager"
but there new word here "visual".
what mean?
ok , use joomla template manager install,uninstall,customize,modify css or html of templates.but modification needs knowledge css , html , may javascript , flash too, if u want create theme.
many of don't know css , sure 90% of world don't know , don't want know javascript.
" oh! ..... javascript hard."
" css .... u saying? division of cia or something?"
you see . there people don't want know these languages , right. because not web designers or developers learn these languages.
so, vtm provide solution .
through using vtm u can following instantly,easily few clicks :
1- add, remove ,modify , create new templates.
2- add, remove ,modify , create templates layouts.
" yes u know these people talking 3 columns , 2 columns , css or tables u not need after vtm"
3- add,remove , modify , create css parameters suites layout.
4- add, remove , modify , create color schemes template.
5- add,remove,modify , create effects , add on functions created javascript or flash.
