Error launching adobe help application CS4

when using f1 or -> photoshop help, notification: there error lauching adobe application.
when same in illustrator no respons @ all.
indesign gives message: adobe viewer not installed.

i reinstalled , updated cs4. still messages.

some 1 idea how solve problem?

what language localization using? if it's other english, try copying files c:\program files\common files\adobe\help\[your language] c:\program files\common files\adobe\help\en_us. think there's coding error causes system in en_us folder.

in meantime, should able online http://www.adobe.com/support/
