Acrobat Setup request

i use framemaker 7.2; so, maybe fixed in versions 8 or 9.

when open acrobat setup dialog box , select bookmarks tab, include list populated elements in template. typically, users want bookmarks limited, , small, number of elements, header elements. therefore, better default behavior populate exclude list elements, rather none. makes user move few elements include list, rather many elements exclude list.

note that, knowledge, there no way move multiple items between 2 lists; therefore, user must move of elements, 1 @ time, include list exclude list, of course takes time.

with framemaker shift key magic time time. , available long know framemaker

in many lists available in framemaker dialogs, including bookmarks list talk of, if hold down shift key before clicking 1 of arrow buttons, elements moved accordingly.

also try: shift + file menu, if have book open.
