tried install setup of noobs on raspberry, when copy noobs files on sd card , attach on pi 0 , connect device lcd , blue, red , green screen displayed please me fix problem.

faulty cable, faulty rpi or faulty tv.

try hdmi cable and/or tv. if problem still exists rma rpi folks bought from.
