network error that prevented DRM activation

i have 4 purchased e-books not activate using digital editions on mac. error reads

"there documents not imported library during rebuild bookshelf.
there network error prevented drm activation on system." log says there "activation server error".

these books still open in adobe reader 7.x fine.

anyone having problem? ideas on how fix it?

please try again. server controls activation has, on occasion, gone offline , error see. please post here if not resolve issue.
