Want To Connect IP Cameras To Cell Phone In Airplane Mode

hey guys, new here. have done ton of searching around past month have come empty in terms of finding 1 has done similar.

edit: need keep cell phone wifi , 4g unused why wrote "airplane mode" in title.



let me explain i'm trying accomplish, think arduino might possibly answer.

i'm want piece of hardware can accept wifi connections (of ip cams), creating local intranet (not connected online).

i need hardware, wired (prob otg?) cell phone, transferring video data cell phone.  data transfer phone need done without  using phones network connections.

 of course app on phone display data feeds.

you're thinking why not have phone create it's own hit spot, , done deal.  problem need phones wifi connection available connect online.


maybe i'm off base , arduino not need, maybe simple router need.

any advice point me in right direction me out ton.

yes, issue current smartphones. have few cameras have wifi want stay connected home wifi. think solution come in next generation allow multiple wifi connections simultaneously.

proper ip cameras sold security cameras can join existing wifi network once configure them appropriate access credentials. little difficult portable camera gopro.

why can't new hardware on internet? if links local wifi , creates bridge camera's wifi phone can see camera on local network. i've never tried might possible plug in wifi router (with ethernet cable) , have join network camera creates.

or pay phone provider few more bucks , data service on phone - phone connects internet on 3g/4g/lte/cdma radio , wifi free use camera.

most phones have bluetooth , have nfc data rate slow support real-time video.
