hi, i'm rather inexperienced in world of raspberry pi if can me issue grateful!
bought raspberry pi 2 (model b) starter kit raspberry pi swag shop (this included official raspberry pi micro usb power supply) , first couple of tries, worked did mouse , keyboard supplied it.
bought usb wifi adapter, fit usb 2.0 port, approved website. however, on trying place within of usb ports, power unplugged didn't fit. replugged in keyboard , mouse, plugged in power supply, neither keyboard nor mouse respond raspbian starts up, , can't shut down rapsberry pi, both mouse , keyboard aren't responding.
please help!

carefully examine usb port(s) tried fit wifi dongle. bent contacts or else untoward.
