Thread: Acer Aspire One and Karmik koala.

hi everyone, i'm beginner in linux world. had been using jaunty jackalope (desktop version, not netbook remix) on acer aspire 1 (zg5) since released last april without problems, worked great! however, decided update os karmik koala last week , unpleasant problem started happen. netbook gets blank screen while i'm using battery power, tends happen @ every time... screen turns black (as if netbook turned off) , power button remains on green light. when turn off system, ubuntu works again , doesn't give error message, works if nothing had happened, after minutes, screen dies again. important mention problem doesn't happen when use netbook plugged in. problem have reconfigure sound of system, seems volume in mute, etc.

hope help, i'm beginner in world , started using karmik koala, have experienced lots of problems.
