i've had problems importing raw images canon 20d photoshop/bridge. have downloaded 4.2 plug-in doesn't seem have helped. not error messages, when select source in bridge, reads there no valid files found on camera import. there are. full of raw images.
in photoshop, same thing. folders should contain images import empty. doesn't seem acknowledge existence of these images @ all.
any ideas?

what system, did indtall camera raw 4.2 plug-in? did unzip download before installing?
