A programme that thinks like a virus - How do you un-install a programme that thinks its still confi

can tell me how on earth can rid of programme acts virus?

i tried load 30 day trial. of course had no serial number; trial. installation programme couldn't complete, because announced file or pathway missing - called error 1324.

after that, time went near acrobat programme - basic free reader, use time downloaded pdfs - looping daisy chain of messages saying have something; have interrupted other programmes can't access them; other times in way. tells me i've in-put wrong serial number. didn't in-put serial number.

i've tried can think of damned thing off system. un-install doesn't touch it. every attempt @ un-install freezes, on grounds can't un-install programme still running.
stopping running via task manager doesn't - re-install - damned if can see how. deleting files programmes doesn't work either.

so nasty little design fault means when has messed installation, whole programme acts bug. meanwhile - got advice?
