Version Cue crashes

hi,
i have user got web premium cs3 installed on laptop. reports when uses photoshop, computer crashes. it's random. not doing specific.
i've reinstalled software. didn't help. deleted adobe preference file(got solution other forum). seemed work. 2 , half weeks, smooth sail reports it's crashing again.

i checked event log , got error.

this error repeatedly logged 30-40 times no breaks other recorded.

does have clue? it's driving me nuts...

i'm getting today when try open file in photoshop. no idea caused it.
