i'm trying download upgrades, yet file system size small. still have free space on others partitions
i've been trying increase filesystem partition size using gparted can't quite figure out how work. can increase part sizes file system size seems stay same...
should try ?

you cannot adjust size of mounted (active/in use) partitions. resize main ubuntu partition need run gparted off live cd or usb drive this.
