MPU6050 gyro for stability


hi guys.

i have 1 of these low cost gyro's coming through post , intend add basic biped.  wondering if offer little guidence best steps begin adding stability robot. 

the idea stop falling forard / backward.  ankles have 2 servos.

i dont expect full code examples just, little guidence amazing.

a gyro (or accelerometer) wont you. robot reacts far slow avoid fall.
make feet longer  (or use glue)
