Customer Service Nightmare


i purchased cs3 design standard adobe.com 0n march 9th thinking box set unfortunately download version. called change , told, after being put on hold numerous times, shipped billing address , should call in 2 business days tracking #. called on 11th of march , told going out fed ex , call in 1 business day tracking number. called morning of 14th , told not being shipped never going shipped , way box set return product on line. did , called find out when funds appear in account can repurchase box set, after being put on hold several times told 4-5 business days, unexceptable. asked speak supervisor , after being put on hold again several times ignored. after regurgitated story again , again told need fill out "letter of software destruction" form, not told before.

the issue still has not been resolved. has else had problem adobe online store , customer service (or there lack of)?
