working pi , pi camera stepper motors , pan/tilt control, i've been trying find how can use usb port main computer sees pi webcam or other sort of camera device can stream it. need applications run on computer.
has made work? far searches have come tons of streaming/web based setups.

only pi 0 , perhaps pi can act usb device
linux. whether webcam emulation particularly
stable don't know.
there drivers windows turn ip cameras
fake webcams. setup internet connection sharing and
can use single ethernet cable , connect pi
pc directly , use workaround.
