i using high-low tech arduino 1.6 attiny core files , annoyed me don't support internal 16mhz pll clock.
so changed boards.txt file bit , there option both tiny45 , 85 run on 16mhz.
the brown-out detection enabled trigger @ 2.7v
to install replace existing attiny/avr/boards.txt file 1 attached , work.
i tested attiny45 attiny85.
